Blackhawk Museum Inaugural Gala & Charity Auction

The Blackhawk Museum will celebrate 25 years of automotive treasures, beginning with this November 17, 2012 with the inaugural Gala & Charity Auction and culminating with the August 10, 2013 Gala Anniversary Celebration.
The Blackhawk Museum, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation, was established to ensure that significant automotive treasures blending art, technology, culture and history would be exhibited for public enjoyment and educational enrichment. The Museum's Education & Transportation Fund makes possible the presentation of more Family Programs, and also defrays a large portion of busing expenses for field trips to the Museum for schools in Contra Costa and Alameda Counties.
This event and every subsequent gala will be used to fund the Museum's Children's Educational and Transportation fund, Museum Outreach and Programs. There will be items for auction including several automobiles, a beautiful dinner catered by Scott's of Walnut Creek and a great evening of entertainment to boot.
